We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Residential team as a Private Lounge Server!

  Provide personalized, anticipatory service that reflects Four Seasons standards and creates memorable, elevated luxury experiences for residents and guests.

• →

  Maintain a polished and professional presence while fostering a warm, welcoming, and luxury-oriented environment.

• →

  Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

• →

  Deliver food from kitchen to the residents ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• →

  Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.

  Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

• →

  Ability to work independently for shifts (with management support).

• →

  Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.

  Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.

• Understanding of luxury hospitality standards with a passion for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.

• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage service, including the ability to make recommendations and answer guest questions confidently.

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and service excellence.

• TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) Certification preferred.

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

• Ability to carry and balance a tray safely and efficiently.

• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

Visa sponsorship is not available. Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.
