Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Room Service Server who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

• →In-Room Dining Servers offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
• →The Room Service Server is the heart of the hotel delivering guest requests and amenities to ensure a wonderful stay.
• →Set tables and deliver orders to rooms.
• →Create and deliver amenities to rooms.
• →Answer phones and deliver clear and concise service over the phone.
• →Perform side-work which includes polishing, lifting, organizing, and cleaning

• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Requires the ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs.
• Experience in a luxury hotel
• Fluent English. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required
• Food and beverage knowledge
• -Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
