• →Customer interface during the design, development, manufacture and service of the customer’s NPI product, as well as insuring the terms of the agreement with the customer are maintained.
• →Developing and maintaining program schedules.
• →Supporting activities including preparing responses to RFQs.
• →Estimating and tracking program timing.
• →Holding cross-functional project status meetings.
• →Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
• →Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
• →Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
• →Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
• →Apply change, risk, and resource management
