Skilled Maintenance Technician | Neosho, MO

Offers variety of work ranging from carpentry, painting, finishing and minor plumbing and electric.

Performs skilled and general maintenance duties at all Neosho facilities and facilities maintained by the Neosho Facilities Management Department. Maintains and repairs all equipment and building systems. When unable to make necessary repairs, ensures that the work is referred to qualified contractor and management. Ensures the reliable and safe operation of the facilities electronic and/or electrical systems and equipment. Performs general carpentry on construction/renovation projects. Repairs, maintains and monitors all HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems. Performs ground keeping work and works independently. On all shifts, promotes security by making rounds of facilities and parking areas, continuously being observant to surroundings and intervening as necessary. Documents all actions. Enforces parking and traffic rules on Freeman Neosho properties.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Following 120 day orientation period, 10-hour shifts with a rotating 2 week schedule + Holiday rotation
• Week 1: work Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, off Thursday and Friday
• Week 2: work Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, off Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Clean driving record.

Current driver's license.

Vo-Tech certificate or equivalent work experience in building equipment/systems maintenance or related field.
