IT Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) - Hamburg

• Education & Background: A big plus is completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with JIRA for ticket management and issue tracking.
• Experience with Identity Providers such as Okta, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Google Workspace.
• Experience with MDM solutions for managing macOS, Windows, and iOS devices.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments.
• Experience in scripting using Bash, Python or any other programming language is highly welcomed.
• Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
