We’re looking for a Talent Specialist (European Markets) to support hiring across key regions in Europe. Based in Paris, you’ll play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to scale high-performing, international teams. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth.

Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets
Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring best practices
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or international environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience hiring across multiple European markets is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Fluent English and French is required.
Additional European languages such as Italian or Spanish are a strong advantage.

Screening Call (30 mins) – Video-call with a member from the Talent Team
Skills Interview (45 mins) – Video-call with our Global Head of Talent
Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) – Meet the team in offiice with a task presentation.
We aim to complete the interview process and provide feedback within two weeks.
