  • Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into features that we can leverage to automate processes.

  • Find elegant solutions to usability problems.

  • Ramp on new web technologies that will make Front better.

Requirements

  • Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience.

  • Experience working on complex software systems.

  • Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones, e.g. Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React.

  • Understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions when solving a problem, value pragmatism over idealism.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

  • Full professional English proficiency.
