ABA Recruiter - Existing Market RBT Programs
Denver, CO | Full Time | Onsite

About the role
FronteraCare is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own and scale our Registered Behavior Technician hiring across our existing markets. Few workflows in our business have as direct a line to patient care as RBT recruiting: every RBT hired is a child who can start or continue therapy, which makes this one of the most impactful roles at FronteraCare. This is a high-volume role for someone who has already built strong recruiting instincts and is ready to take a program that's up and running and push it further, improving speed, quality, and consistency as we grow. You'll travel to New Mexico periodically to stay close to the market and the teams you're hiring for.

You'll report to the Talent Lead and work alongside a Recruiter focused on emerging markets, with this role dedicated specifically to owning full-cycle recruiting for BT and RBT roles in FronteraCare's established markets. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving recruiting environments, finds genuine reward in the grind of consistent junior-level hiring, and brings both process discipline and compassion to every candidate interaction.

What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy that uses evidence-based techniques to help children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills. Care is typically delivered one-on-one by Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians under the guidance of a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with progress tracked closely so each child's plan can be adjusted as they grow.

What you'll do
  • Own full cycle recruiting for BT and RBT roles across FronteraCare's existing markets, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding handoff
  • Take ownership of established sourcing channels and candidate pipelines, refining and scaling what's already working rather than building from scratch
  • Maintain a high, consistent volume of active requisitions, balancing speed with quality in a fast-moving, high-turnover talent pool
  • Travel to New Mexico periodically to build local candidate and community relationships and stay close to market conditions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clinical leaders, BCBAs, and current RBTs to stay close to market needs, referral opportunities, and what makes candidates want to join and stay
  • Partner with the Talent Lead, the emerging markets Recruiter, onboarding, and HR to keep processes efficient and aligned across the broader recruiting team
  • Proactively source candidates using Indeed and other established sourcing platforms, with an eye toward continuous improvement of what's already in place
  • Post job openings on job boards and social media channels
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage calendars, and lead candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and track key recruiting metrics
  • Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed to help the team meet its hiring goals

What you'll bring
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for junior or entry-level profiles, with a genuine appreciation for the pace and repetition that high-volume hiring requires
  • A track record of taking an existing recruiting program and improving its speed, quality, or scale
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Indeed, as well as applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel to New Mexico periodically
  • A compassionate, people-first mindset, with genuine care for candidates and the families we serve

Bonus points
  • Experience recruiting for ABA roles or knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis is highly valued
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Agency and internal recruitment experience
