Incident Response Specialist

First Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is hiring full-time Incident Response Specialist in the Frisco, TX area for a  24/7 Monitoring Center supporting approximately 4,000 locations throughout the United States. This position is responsible for monitoring alarm activity, surveillance systems, and incoming incidents while coordinating responses with clients, emergency services, and designated personnel. Work environment involves sitting across multiple computer screens displaying real time advanced alert surveillance system from multiple sites.

• →Texas Alarm Systems Monitor License (or ability to obtain before employment)
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• →Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate security software applications simultaneously
• →Ability to multitask in a fast-paced monitoring environment
• →Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
• →Ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations
• →Dependable attendance and reliability
• →Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
