Manager, Retail POS Insights & Analytics

The Manager, Retail POS Insights & Analytics will turn POS, sell-through, inventory, and retail performance data into actionable business insights. This role will serve as a key partner to Product Planning, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Business Intelligence, and senior leadership. This manager level, individual contributor role, has the opportunity to help shape and grow a broader retail insights function over time. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, commercially minded, and comfortable presenting insights to senior leaders, including SVPs and the CFO. This person will not only report what happened, but explain why it happened, what it means, and what actions should be taken. 

This role will work closely with metrics such as sell-through rate, sales velocity, weeks of supply, inventory on hand, forecast versus actuals, SKU productivity, account performance, category performance, new launch performance, replenishment opportunity, markdown risk, and product lifecycle performance. 

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105,000 - $130,500 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
