Technical Tools
Product ManagementProduct Delivery Manager
  • Location: Remote, US based | Eastern Time business hours

You are relentlessly organized. You like knowing exactly what is open, who owns it, and when it will be done.

You are technical enough to work confidently with software developers, but you don't need to write the code yourself.

You spot slipping deadlines before they slip. You can turn a vague problem into a clear Jira ticket, and a technical explanation into an update anyone can understand.

You ask people what is getting done today, not whether something will eventually get done. And when a customer-facing issue is urgent, you stay calm, get the right people involved, and keep it moving until it is actually resolved.

We're looking for a Product Delivery Manager to own delivery across Futuri's product and development team.

Every product we sell has to be installed, working, and fixed fast when something breaks. Your job is to make sure the internal work behind that gets delivered, on time and verified.

You'll sit between Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience and own one delivery queue for bugs, client requests, implementation blockers, and other critical work across all Futuri products. Every priority gets an owner, a committed date, and a clear status.

This role takes over delivery tracking currently managed directly by Futuri leadership. We want someone who builds discipline around software delivery and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • →Own a centralized Jira queue for bugs, client requests, implementation blockers, and delivery-critical work across Futuri's products.
  • →Triage new issues quickly based on customer impact, implementation risk, and urgency, and make sure every priority has one owner and one committed date.
  • →Run a focused daily delivery review with Product and Engineering to surface blockers and dates at risk.
  • →Escalate risks before deadlines are missed and drive a clear recovery plan when timelines change.
  • →Verify fixes in the customer environment before they are considered complete, and maintain release-readiness checklists for product releases and customer cutovers.
  • →Coordinate internal implementation work for new customers, including CRM integrations, data feeds, SSO, user provisioning, mobile access, and configuration, and keep the cutover calendar on track.
  • →Keep CX informed with plain-English status updates they can confidently use with customers.
  • →Maintain a centralized feature request log and close the loop with requesters when functionality ships.
  • →Track delivery performance, open risks, aging issues, and committed dates for leadership.
  • →Use Jira automation, Slack workflows, and AI tools to reduce manual tracking.
  • 5+ years in software delivery, technical project management, program management, release management, QA, or a similar role working closely with developers.
  • Experience in SaaS or another environment where software is configured, integrated, or implemented for customers.
  • Strong Jira expertise, including workflows, JQL, automation, dashboards, and queue management.
  • Working knowledge of UAT and production environments, APIs, SSO, CRM integrations, data feeds, and release processes.
  • A track record of managing many priorities, owners, and deadlines at once without losing the details.
  • Comfort escalating risk, challenging timelines, and holding people accountable without direct management authority.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier or similar tools.
  • Nothing lives only in your head. If it matters, it's documented.
  • You chase it down. Every time. No waiting, no wondering, no hesitation.
  • You can read a Jira ticket, log excerpt, or API doc and understand enough to ask the right questions.
  • You know the difference between "the code is merged" and "the customer's problem is fixed."
  • You use AI every day to move faster, whether that's turning a long Slack thread into a ticket, pulling action items from a meeting transcript, or drafting a clean status update.
  • You stay calm when the pressure is high and take ownership when a date is missed.
  • Detail and speed matter equally to you.
