Gaines Investment Trust is looking to connect with experienced Community Managers for our apartment communities throughout Dallas, Irving, Plano, and Frisco.

We're looking for strong multifamily leaders who can develop teams, drive financial and operational performance, maintain high property standards, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

• →Lead all day-to-day community operations
• →Hire, train, coach, and develop onsite teams
• →Drive leasing, occupancy, collections, and financial performance
• →Monitor budgets, expenses, and monthly financial results
• →Maintain property appearance and operational standards
• →Oversee service requests, apartment turns, and resident concerns
• →Monitor market conditions and rental rates
• →Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and procedures

• 3+ years of Community Manager experience
• Multifamily property management experience required
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with budgets, financial reporting, collections, and property performance
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, extended hours, and respond to emergencies as needed
