  Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues

  Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems

• →

  Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs

• →

  Prepare vacant apartments for new residents

• →

  Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems

• →

  Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns

• →

  Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas

• →

  Provide professional and courteous service to residents

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property

• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Previous apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
