Lead a 440-Unit Apartment Community

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead The Winsted at Valley Ranch, a 440-unit apartment community in Irving, Texas.

We're looking for a proven multifamily leader who can develop a strong team, drive occupancy and financial performance, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What You Will Do

Lead the overall operations and performance of the community
Hire, coach, and develop office and maintenance teams
Drive leasing, occupancy, retention, and revenue
Oversee collections, expenses, budgeting, and financial performance
Maintain strong property standards and curb appeal
Ensure service requests and apartment turns are completed promptly
Build strong resident relationships and resolve concerns
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

What You Will Bring

3+ years of Community Manager experience in multifamily property management required
Experience managing a larger community preferred
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong knowledge of leasing, budgeting, financials, and property operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Yardi experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Flexibility to respond to occasional weekend or emergency needs
