As a survey research project coordinator at Gallup, you’ll be the driving force behind the flawless execution of global research projects. Working at the intersection of project coordination and international vendor management, you’ll collaborate with in-country partners in India and across Asia to ensure timely, high-quality data collection for the Gallup World Poll and other global research projects.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the full coordination process for survey data collection in India and across Asia
- →Proactively manage vendor performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance
- →Monitor quality assurance processes, flag risks early and resolve any issues
- →Collaborate across internal teams in Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America and the U.S.
- →Communicate confidently and clearly with partners from diverse backgrounds
- →Support long-term documentation and tracking systems to improve future performance
- Detail-driven organizers who spot gaps, solve problems quickly and maintain meticulous records that keep projects running smoothly

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- At least two years of work experience in project management for survey research required; experience with multi-country surveys a plus
- Mastery of Excel and Word required
- Proficiency in PowerPoint required
- Experience with statistical and data management software such as R preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Bangalore office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in India required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
