💰 Pay Structure: $18–$20 an hour during 4–6 weeks of training. After completing a 60-day evaluation period, technicians transition to a 100% Performance Pay (Commission) model, with realistic annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000.

Responsibilities

Continuously grow your technical expertise while contributing to team development.

Follow safety protocols and create a secure environment for clients and coworkers.

Maintain accurate records of all work, including notes, diagrams, and photos.

Conduct thorough inspections of installations and repairs to meet industry standards.

Ensure workmanship guarantees that exceed customer expectations.

Provide professional, empathetic customer service at all times.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.

Document interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Seize upsell opportunities when appropriate.

Stay knowledgeable about all products and services.

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.
Experience with garage door installation, repair, and maintenance is a plus.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand tools.
Familiarity with OSHA safety rules and best practices.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Experience with ServiceTitan software a plus.
Ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
Time management and multitasking skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
