Experience developing schedules for large scale commercial construction specializing in developing the mechanical schedule within the overall schedule.
The Mechanical Commercial Construction Project Scheduler (Oracle Primavera P6) will work with a highly experienced team of project managers and mechanical engineers, earned value experts, schedule management SMEs, and technical experts to support client stakeholders in developing and maintaining accurate and effective schedules and reporting. Strong communication skills, self-starter instincts, expert-level scheduling skills utilizing P6 and effective team collaboration are all critical to succeeding in this role.

This is full time - Our starting rate 55,000 PHP per month - 50 hrs. per week paid thru PayPal
This position will require for you to work close hours with the US Based Manager 5 days a week.
Hours for the position are Manilla Time = Monday - Friday - 6 PM to 4 AM (midnight)
This is 5 days a week - 9 hours per day starting in the evening and finishing at night.
In the US this corresponds to Monday - Friday 6 AM to 4 PM - The crews begin at 5:30 to 6 AM and complete by 2:30 to 3:00 PM (US Time Zones are 12 hours behind your time)
Goel Services performs mechanical insulation on large commercial buildings for the mechanicals in the DC - Baltimore region on the United States.
Duties include:

- Analyze Base line schedules and incorporate our portion of work into master schedules to level workflow and to cost load schedule
- Develop work breakdown structures (WBSs) and activity coding
- Apply project management principles, methods and procedures, including advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, risk management
- Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels to gather schedule information and updates and input them in a timely manner
- Perform detailed analysis of project schedules at all stages
- Prepare planning documents/milestones and monitor schedule deviations and variances
- Develop and run meaningful schedule reports, monitoring project progress and providing weekly status updates
- Create schedule fragments for change or what-if scenarios
- Provide impact analysis of schedule changes, track changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities, and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Utilize schedule reporting and analysis features to mine critical data from schedules and integrated master schedules
- Coordinate meetings and briefings
- Organize and maintain data in clear and accurate formats
- Prepare planning documents/milestones and monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in developing corrective actions
- Compare base line to current schedule to determine impacts.

- Experience developing schedules for large scale commercial construction specializing in developing the mechanical schedule within the overall schedule.
- Minimum of 6+ years professional experience supporting schedule management with demonstrated proficiency scheduling with Oracle Primavera P6 to include 3-8 years in professional services or Project Management work
- Demonstrated proficiency scheduling with Primavera P6 Analytics and P6 Visualizer
- Strong experience developing and managing integrated master schedules (IMSs)
- Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—and SharePoint
- Detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Stone preference for Mechanical Engineer for this position with experience in Mechanical Construction on large scale commercial buildings in PH or abroad.
Must understand a complex large scale energy efficient building.
Computer Requirements:
Must have computer and 20mb internet with two screens. Work is hosted thru Amazon Workspaces with full screen recording etc.
