For more than 10 years, we have been running asynchronous standup meetings, surveys, and all sorts of reports in Slack and MS Teams, building together the remote culture. And now, we are moving to our new era where Geekbot is becoming an AI conversational assistant for any team in the world, supporting their daily workflows at scale.

We are growing fast and are looking for a Product Owner to join Geekbot and help us create the next generation of AI conversation bots!! Willing to spend a 3-month on-boarding time at our office in Thessaloniki, which is to be followed by a hybrid working model.
If you are the ideal candidate you should do 3 things in our team:
- Develop yourself and practice becoming better at what you do every single day.
- Support other teammates in their development path.
- Grow our products which, by the way, is the medium in achieving the first two.
What you will do
- Analyse & understand business requirements, spot the user pain behind them & propose solutions.
- Write & prioritise 1-pagers/PRDs; keep a clear, actionable backlog.
- Collaborate with Business, Operations & PED (product, engineering, design) on vision & roadmap.
- Balance new features with tech improvements/tech debt; keep delivery Agile.
- Collect & analyse feedback/data; run UAT/TOL; sign off before shipping; maintain product docs (Confluence, user flows/journeys).
What you will need
You should be fluent – with 3+ years of experience – in:
- Agile product delivery & BDD
- Writing PRDs/user stories & road-mapping from concept to launch
- Communication & stakeholder management
- Using data to validate goals & iterate; strong eye for UI/UX
Nice to have previous experience with
- SaaS tech environments (5+ years)
- SAFe/Scrum/Kanban
- Confluence & analytics tools (e.g., SQL/BI)
