Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $150,000–$260,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits.

Responsibilities

→Own product features end-to-end alongside your product manager, engineering manager and designer.
→Work primarily with Typescript, React, Python, GraphQL, Node, PostgreSQL.
→Collaborate with engineers on your team and across Gem on code reviews, data model, architecture, and product decisions.
→Stay close to our customers.
→Embody our company values of ownership, velocity, customer centricity, diversity and transparency.
→Influence decisions and have direct impact on business outcomes.

You have industry experience as a software engineer, building user-facing products.
You move with velocity and invest in improving your craft.
You are good at driving solutions by communicating and working cross-functionally.
You are energized by collaborating in-office with your peers.
