Compliance Officer

• →Assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs and policies.
• →Monitor organizational compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements.
• →Support audits, reviews, investigations, and corrective action processes.
• →Maintain compliance documentation and records.
• →Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote a culture of compliance and regulatory adherence.

• Prior compliance experience preferred.
• Experience with OPWDD services and regulations strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Hybrid schedule with approximately 1–2 days per week in the office.
• Training will be conducted in Monroe, NY, approximately 2 days per week during the onboarding period.
• Candidates may work from either the Monroe or Brooklyn (Boro Park) office location.
• Travel expenses related to training and required travel will be reimbursed.
