About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager GMS Assets, you will support reliability improvement and downtime reduction through effective planning, scheduling and maintenance strategies for our heavy mobile equipment fleet.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and enhance preventative and corrective maintenance schedules
Assist with BOM development and work instructions for planned maintenance activities
Plan maintenance activities around production schedules to minimise operational impacts
Analyse equipment performance data to support predictive maintenance strategies
Manage long term component replacement planning aligned with reliability objectives
Review and improve asset strategies and rolling maintenance plans
Work closely with reliability and asset management teams to support whole-of-life asset performance

In this role, adaptability, versatility and a practical, solutions-focused mindset are highly valued. We'd love to hear from candidates who bring:

Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (highly regarded)
Experience in mobile maintenance planning and scheduling
Strong understanding of CMMS systems, particularly Pronto and/or AMT
Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive and solutions focused approach
A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
