Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Performing a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratory
- →Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the results
- →Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
- →Documenting procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized manner
- →Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges
- →Ensuring strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols and procedures
Protein Expression
- →Responsible for resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
- →Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the results
- →Operate bioreactors, centrifuges and prepare buffers and reagents
Protein Purification
- →Purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and other methods
- →Formulate appropriate purification scheme according to order requirements
- →Responsible for filling-in and verifying records related to purification experiment
- →Use Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques to assess the quality, quantity, and identity of the purified proteins
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, biological chemistry etc
- Some familiarity in the use of various laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate and precise work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Available to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rest days that may not always fall on weekends
