Responsibilities

→Performing a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratory
→Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the results
→Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
→Documenting procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized manner
→Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges
→Ensuring strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols and procedures

Protein Expression

→Responsible for resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
→Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the results
→Operate bioreactors, centrifuges and prepare buffers and reagents

Protein Purification

→Purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and other methods
→Formulate appropriate purification scheme according to order requirements
→Responsible for filling-in and verifying records related to purification experiment
→Use Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques to assess the quality, quantity, and identity of the purified proteins

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, biological chemistry etc
Some familiarity in the use of various laboratory equipment and instrumentation
Good technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate and precise work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
Available to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rest days that may not always fall on weekends
