Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent documentation skills, including preparation of technical documents and workflow guides.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
Experience in business process modeling.
Familiarity with UML and ability to interpret technical models.
Hands-on experience with Figma/AI tools for workflow diagrams, UI mock-ups, and workflow animation.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
