Design and implement data architecture solutions for our clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain data models, database schemas, and data dictionaries
Design and implement data integration strategies to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data architecture and management processes
Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations
Work closely with data engineers and analysts to support data-driven decision making
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
Monitor and optimize database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of data architecture projects.

Strong SQL development skills and sql server performance tuning skills
Hands on experience in Azure Data factories Azure function app using Python scripting
Hands on experience in Data warehouse, PBI
Hands on experience in Fabric, Database Administration
Good communication , experience working with client teams directly
Experience working in agile environment
Should have problem solving skills , solutioning should be able work collaboratively with client and vendor teams
