Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
Welcome and assist VIP guests during check-in and check-out
Coordinate guest requests promptly with relevant departments
Arrange dining reservations, transportation, excursions, and special requests
Ensure guest rooms, suites, or villas are prepared according to guest preferences and luxury standards
Assist guests with packing, unpacking, wardrobe arrangements, and special services when required
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor and record guest preferences to deliver personalized experiences
Coordinate celebrations, special occasions, and customized guest experiences
Ensure all services are delivered in line with luxury hospitality standards
Build strong guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits

Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality environments
Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or VIP Services Associate is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Professional grooming and presentation standards
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail
Good command of English; additional languages will be an added advantage
