  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations
  • Plan and manage project resources based on project requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and sprint plans
  • Track project progress and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively
  • Monitor project performance using agreed KPIs and process standards
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies when necessary
  • Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to handle delivery dependencies and support activities
  • Lead and mentor project teams while supporting career development and performance growth
  • Support revenue forecasting, project profitability, billing, and invoicing activities
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, management, and delivery teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in software development projects
  • Strong experience managing projects across the full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Good understanding of project governance, planning, and delivery management
  • Experience in risk management, reporting, and resource planning
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and team management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
  • Experience with revenue forecasting, project billing, and profitability management will be an added advantage
