Mentor and manage QA teams, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and audit readiness in QA practices.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.
Hands-on experience in Test Automation and Performance Testing.
Exposure to the Banking or Finance industry is an added advantage.
Strong IT technical expertise, including tools and frameworks used in QA practices.
