Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
Collaborate with Sweden-based product and development teams to deliver business-critical applications
Review, optimize, and refactor code to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to development teams
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and technical reviews
Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions
Troubleshoot critical production issues and implement long-term solutions
Drive software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality initiatives
Support CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and deployment activities
Contribute to framework and platform enhancements across multiple products

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, AngularJS, and Angular
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and Software Architecture
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Entity Framework, XML Schema, and Web APIs
Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
