The Website Developer will work on designing and developing the website (CMS-based), making sure it aligns with the approved city branding and visual identity created by the Brand Strategist and design experts.

The developer will collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with the brand strategist, designers, and marketing team. However, the technical development and deployment responsibilities will remain solely with the developer.
The consultant or client will provide the content and copies, including Sinhala and Tamil translations. The developers job is to set up the multilingual system and make sure everything works smoothly.
The work is primarily remote, with coordination meetings and reviews as required. On-site presence is not expected unless specifically requested later by the client.
