Job Summary  
We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS and on-prem infrastructure. The role requires a senior individual contributor who can build, automate, and manage scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native platforms. Strong troubleshooting and ownership mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure and hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environments
  

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation
  

• Automate infrastructure and operations using Python, Bash, and Ansible
  

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.)
  

• Manage containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes
  

• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  

• Handle production issues and lead incident resolution
  

• Implement DevSecOps best practices including access control and secret management
  

• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and IT teams to improve developer experience
  

Required Skills  

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering
  

• Strong Linux expertise (Ubuntu / CentOS / Rocky Linux)
  

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools
  

• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
  

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch
  

• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem)
  

Good to Have  

• Experience with security-focused architectures (DevSecOps / Zero Trust)
  

• Exposure to large-scale or distributed systems
