And we’re looking for a Video Editor to start immediately!

1. →Edit real estate and brand videos using the company's established creative style.
2. →Edit and enhance video content according to established brand standards and creative guidelines.
3. →Ensure all edited content meets the company's quality and creative expectations.
4. →Follow established editing standards and creative workflows.
5. →Collaborate with the team to support content-day deliverables and post-production needs.
6. →Organize and manage video editing tasks and deliverables through Monday.com.
7. →Create supporting visual content using Canva when needed.
8. →Maintain consistency across video and visual content based on the company's established brand style.

• Strong video-editing experience required
• Experience editing real estate and brand videos
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of creative styles, visual consistency, and post-production
• Experience using Canva for visual content
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow established creative guidelines and editing standards
• Able to manage multiple content deliverables and deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

• Final Cut Pro – Strong video-editing experience required
• Monday.com – Operational/content coordination experience required
• Canva – Content and visual creation experience required

• Company-specific content-day program, member processes, and deliverables
• Brand style, editing standards, and creative workflow
• Internal systems and team procedures
