This early career Engineering position allows you to grow your skills as a member of the System Validation team - a multi-disciplinary engineering development team that runs Wind turbine System Validation for Power Performance, Grid compliance, Loads, Operability, Thermal, Aerodynamics, Aeroelastics and Acoustics.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and drive product validation activities of Power Performance, Grid compliance, Loads, Operability, Thermal, Aerodynamics, Aeroelastics and Acoustics
- Travel to site to support and drive sensor installation, product testing and/or customer issues
- Test data analysis and documentation
- Participate in FMEA and risk assessment and root cause analysis activities
- Resolve field service cases and support failure investigations in the installed base
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited University.
- Ability and availability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to climb wind turbine towers of 160m hubheight
- Driver license, Class B

- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment
- Hands on skills (for using test equipment both electrical and mechanical)
- Experience demonstrated through course work, internships, or other experiences:
- Wind Turbine Technology Experience is a strong plus but not required
- Power Systems, Data Science, Systems Engineering
- Passionate about renewable energy and/or sustainability
