- Supporting digital data collection and standardized reporting workflows;
- Preparing and reviewing technical project deliverables including reports, client updates, and regulatory documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and readiness for internal approval and external submission.
- Mentoring and supporting new graduates and early-career professionals, including team members in the 0–5 year experience range, by providing practical guidance on project delivery, client communication, technical writing, quality expectations, and consulting fundamentals.
- Completing project closeout activities including completion documentation, lessons learned, continuous improvement actions, and effective handoff across teams and client stakeholders.
What you will bring to the team:
- Demonstrated experience delivering environmental projects for clients, with accountability for client relationships, project performance, and delivery excellence on moderately complex to complex assignments.
- Intermediate to senior project management capability across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and resource management, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a structured, practical, and collaborative way.
- Ability to work effectively as a peer to other Project Managers while bringing sound judgment, ownership, and calm leadership to more complex project situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client discussions, coordinating internal stakeholders, mentoring developing professionals, and delivering clear project reporting.
- Competent background in variable contaminated site projects, ideally with experience in both British Columbia Contaminated Sites Regulation (CSR) and federal jurisdictions
