Product Owner (Remote/Hybrid/On-Site)

We are cultivating an agile and highly collaborative work environment. We operate in a flat structure and everyone is encouraged to throw ideas to the table. We are currently looking for a passionate Frontend Engineer who can be an important contributor to our product development and architecture.

The right candidate should bring to our remote delivery-focus team:

• Strong ability to work with a fully remote team (2h+-  CET)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict negotiation/resolution and stakeholder engagement
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Business requirement understanding without being meeting savvy.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills in day-to-day situations without disturbing the team's working flow
• 2+ years of previous working experience as a PO/PM or any relevant position

• Acting as a primary liaison
• Being available to the development team
• Keeping on track and managing 360 products/projects
• Generating roadmaps and setting on-team targets
• Efficient requirement gathering and evaluation
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Review the work done by the development team

• Technical background / High level
• Working in fully remote teams
