Step into a high‑impact role with Advanced Thermal Sciences (ATS), an RTX‑owned organization within the Collins Aerospace family, where your technical expertise supports the advanced systems that keep semiconductor manufacturing operations running at peak performance. As a Field Service Engineer, you will serve as the onsite face of ATS, taking ownership of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex electromechanical equipment used in fabrication environments.

This is more than a service role—you will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring equipment reliability, diagnosing issues, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs and operational requirements.

In this position, you will combine strong technical ability with leadership and customer engagement, while managing service execution in real world environments. With the possibility of travelling to multiple customer sites. You will gain exposure to a wide range of systems and challenges, including control systems and PLC diagnostics. If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading in the field, and making a direct impact on critical operations, visibility, and technical depth to grow your career.

This role values practical expertise and technical problem solving in real-world environments. While a degree is typically associated with a position of this level, we recognize that equivalent experience gained through hands-on work, technical training, or service-based roles can be equally impactful.

This is an onsite role with the primary work location in the North Phoenix/Deer Valley area of central Arizona.
