Production Test Engineer

• →Chiller Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform Chiller testing, installation, data analysis, and advanced hardware/functional troubleshooting.
• →Equipment Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and daily operational support for testing equipment.
• →Supplier & Assembly Integration: Partner with Supplier teams to construct and validate all Chiller product series.
• →Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with CS, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve technical issues and sustain high quality.
• →Testing & Documentation: Execute manual and automated test cases, debug, log software/hardware defects, and build/maintain standard SOPs/testing documentation.
• →Special Projects: Manage supervisor-assigned initiatives while adhering to strict confidentiality and corporate ethical standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronic Communications, or related engineering fields.
• Soft Skills & Leadership: Self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team facilitation skills; ability to work independently across global functions.
• Communication: Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical problems clearly through presentations and persuasive communication.
• Software Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and statistical analysis.
