• →Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded. 
• →Lead the planning, coordination and management of program operations, including subcontract management, risk management and budget, including future growth.
• →Lead, motivate and develop the program team, some of which are geographically dispersed
• →Coordination of project deliverables.

• Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Demonstrated skills in financial cost control. 
• Advanced to expert knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes and projects.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes. 
• Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills. 
• Desirable – experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal. 
• Desirable – prior experience on Defence acquisition and sustainment support contracts
