Reliability Engineer II

Requirements
~1 min read- Typically requires a University Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience in Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Predictions, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Derating, Failure reporting, analysis and/or corrective actions system (FRACAS).
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- Experience in supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Customer focus and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office tools, and experience in the preparation and presentation of briefing material.
- Ability to review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards with the ability to identify concerns, suggest solutions, and follow through to closure.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the implementation of reliability strategy across multiple product phases including development, production and sustainment.
- →Support an engineering team consisting of varying levels of experience and engineering sub-disciplines.
- →Conduct analysis efforts supporting system design with respect to product Reliability, Maintainability, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action.
- →Work in reliability disciplines including FMECA, Predictions and Derating.
- →Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards.
