Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to lead the day-to-day execution and performance of a manufacturing cell in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role combines frontline people leadership with direct ownership of production results, including schedule attainment, on-time delivery, quality, safety, productivity, inventory, labor utilization, and cost. You will set daily priorities, align resources to customer and business commitments, and lead recovery efforts when production risks or constraints threaten execution.
