You won’t necessarily have a military background, but you’ll understand what it means to serve and to put the mission first.

• →A university degree or equivalent experience.
• →Advanced knowledge of subcontract management, supplier engagement, and contract execution.
• →Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently and influence across functions.
• →Proven experience in managing complex subcontracting activities and contributing to strategic planning.
• →Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at an operational level.
• →Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC level) is essential.
• →Experience operating in joint or matrixed teams
• →Ability to communicate across military and industry partners
• →Focused on outcomes, delivery, and operational excellence.
