The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Requirements
~1 min read• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle, roles, and functions, with specific experience in one or more of the following areas: Concept of Operations (ConOps) development, requirements definition and management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, and/or verification and validation
• Development experience supporting a government contract
• Experience in systems engineering or systems integration and test
• Active and transferable DoD TS/SCI U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain Special Program Access
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
•Experience in mission management ground systems
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, such as Cameo Systems Modeler
• Experience with requirements management in DOORS or other requirements databases

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer – Mission Management supporting one of our premier programs in Aurora, CO, where your knowledge of requirements, design elaboration, systems engineering analyses, script development, interface definition and control, and verification and validation will be put to good use. In this role, you will support systems engineering activities across requirements decomposition, system interfaces, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Agile capability development, integration and test, verification, and validation. The work is on-site in Aurora, CO.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Support technical analyses and definition of how the system works using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Support the decomposition of requirements, definition of system interfaces, and determination of how requirements will be validated and verified by the test team
• Support capability and feature design activities with the software engineering team in support of Agile development
• Provide engineering support for execution of a portion of the program’s test program, including test processes and baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation
• Support regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baseline
• Support and attend technical reviews and technical interchange meetings in support of the program
