Requirements

Experience teaching solder, electronics, torque, safety wire, or other technical skills.
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
Solid understanding of adult learning theory.
Excellent management skills.
IPC Solder Certified.
Prior experience working with an LMS

The Workforce Learning team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented training professional to work onsite at the Andover location. Workforce learning is responsible for the creation, delivery, and oversight of technical training including job specific skill awareness training, safety training, standards, and compliance training.
Responsibilities

Provide in-person or virtually delivered training;

Develop, and maintain proficiency in required technical skills including electronics, torque, safety-wire, and solder;

Follow all internal processes, delivering engaging learning content with a focus on training standards;

Effectively collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to resolve sometimes complex and conflicting priorities;
- →
Manage effective partnerships with customers, peers and senior leaders while performing all tasks related to training delivery;
- →
Participate in or, lead project teams responsible for the creation, maintenance, or revision of training materials;
- →
Provide subject matter expertise on solder-related questions to factory personnel.
