HR Generalist - DK

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining HR operations, employee support and employment compliance in an international environment?

We are looking for a structured, service-minded and proactive HR Generalist to join our Global People Support team. You will take a key role in supporting employees hired from Denmark and become a central point of contact for matters related to Danish employment administration, employee cases and HR processes.

You will work closely with employees, managers, HR colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure that HR processes are handled professionally, efficiently and in line with Danish employment legislation, collective agreements and internal requirements.

As part of our Global People Support team, you will contribute to delivering a high-quality and consistent HR service across the organization. At the same time, you will take particular ownership of Danish employment administration and help strengthen our knowledge, processes and ways of working within this area.

As HR Generalist, you will manage and coordinate a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including:

  Managing employee cases related to Danish employment legislation and applicable collective agreements

• →

  Coordinating sickness absence administration and follow-up

• →

  Handling pension-related employee administration

• →

  Coordinating work injury and accident reporting

• →

  Providing guidance to employees and managers on Danish employment administration and HR processes

• →

  Managing correspondence with relevant authorities and supporting statutory reporting requirements

• →

  Maintaining accurate employee master data and HR settings in D365 HR and related systems

• →

  Preparing and issuing employment-related documentation, including employment contracts and social security documentation

• →

  Supporting continuous improvement and standardization of HR administrative processes

• →

  Collaborating closely with colleagues across HR to ensure a consistent and professional employee experience

We imagine that you have solid experience from an HR operational environment and enjoy taking ownership while working collaboratively with others.

Ideally, you:

• Have experience from an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or HR Operations role

• Have good working knowledge of Danish employment law, collective agreements and HR administration

• Have experience handling employee cases and correspondence with Danish authorities

• Are comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data

• Work in a structured and detail-oriented way and are comfortable managing several cases and priorities simultaneously

• Have a service-minded approach and enjoy supporting both employees and managers

• Communicate confidently and professionally in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Are collaborative, approachable and comfortable working in an international HR environment

• Take ownership of your responsibilities and naturally look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
