If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

• Ensure alignment of technology strategy and business strategy. Identify programs and capabilities that will help Mynt realize its business goals

• Work with fellow EAs to define the architectural blueprint and technology roadmap of Mynt, along with their recommended governance and execution strategies.

• Evaluate tools and technologies that we can use to reduce platform and operational costs, improve productivity, performance, and overall quality of our product.

• Collaborate with other architects and engineering leads to design and implement scalable, resilient system architectures.

• Collaborate with other team members to craft quality technical solutions.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline. 12 years of combined experience in engineering management, system and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design

• Experience designing and developing scalable, high performance distributed systems a plus (REST/microservices/Java/Spring)

• Experience implementing architecture frameworks such as TOGAF a plus

• Exposure to DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments, etc. Experience with data modeling and architecture.

• Experience developing and implementing enterprise wide transformation initiatives a plus.
