About the Role
~1 min readAs a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for raising the bar on the quality of our analysis and decision making within the Go-to-Market team. You will partner closely with our VP of Growth Marketing to own and uplevel our marketing attribution systems, deep dive into customer acquisition funnels, and improve the overall efficiency of our growth machine.
You'll report to the VP of Growth Marketing. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work directly with various GTM teams (e.g. lifecycle, performance marketing, brand & product marketing) to execute high-impact campaigns, experiments and projects
- →Identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth through analysis of our funnel, customer performance data, and experiments
- →Own, iterate and improve upon our multi-touch attribution model and channel lift-testing
- →Define and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CAC, LTV and payback period
- →Partner with Data Platform and peer Analytics teams to implement best-in-class analytical frameworks and testing structure across our data stack
- →Leverage AI tools and automation to scale your analysis, actively explore how AI can expand what's analytically possible and focus on the most high impact initiatives
- →Serve as a thought partner to the go-to-market leadership in deciding how to strategically grow our customer base
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, 2+ years in a marketing analytics or science role, ideally at a SaaS company
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate analysis, build automations, or improve workflow efficiency
- Strong perspective on the marketing experimentation lifecycle (hypothesis generation, experimental design, implementation, statistical analysis, A/B testing best practices)
- Strong working knowledge of stats (regression, conversation rate modeling, A/B testing, media mix modeling, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with Hex, Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and Martech tools like Iterable, Hubspot, Eppo and similar is a plus
