We are a dynamic, fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin.

Marketing is a core growth driver at Glow25. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who owns marketing tracking quality and performance visibility across the entire funnel.
In this role, you work hands-on with GTM, GA4, marketing pixels, SQL, and dbt, and act as the bridge between Marketing, Tech, and Data - ensuring that marketing decisions are based on reliable, actionable insights.

4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment with subscription models and paid traffic dynamics.
Deep hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, and marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Affiliate, Native, etc.), from implementation to troubleshooting.
Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar transformation tools.
Solid understanding of attribution frameworks, consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP logic), and funnel/CRO analysis. Experience with attribution tools like Klar is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, combined with a strong ownership mindset.
