We need an English-fluent Video Editor, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities

→Choose content footage from the content library per the established editorial workflow.
→Edit videos featuring clear elimination moments, compelling gameplay, and on-brand presentation
→Meet or exceed weekly output 8-10 videos per day
→Submit completed edits through the team’s scheduling and publishing tool (Metricool)
→Incorporate feedback across revision cycles
→Complete assigned revisions within 48 hours of receiving feedback
→Proactively flag unclear direction rather than submitting work that misinterprets prior notes
→Maintain brand compliance per current brand guidelines
→Attend all scheduled editorial working sessions, pipeline reviews, and team syncs

Requirements

Demonstrated experience editing short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts format)
Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Ability to work at production pace: 8 to 10 per working day
Strong attention to detail, such as clip timing, audio sync, branding consistency
Reliable internet connection and availability during scheduled working hours and meetings
Responsiveness to feedback and willingness to iterate through multiple revision rounds
