QM Manager

General Responsibilities :
1. Ensure that incoming materials and dispatch products are analyzed in accordance with the quality plan.
2. Ensure microbiology analysis is conducted in accordance with the quality plan.
3. Ensure the analysis of work in process and finish product is done in accordance with the quality plan.
4. Ensure a reliable and valid laboratory.
5. Report monthly analysis results as a basis / discussion material for preventive and corrective actions.
6. Ensure suppliers and goods supplied in accordance with the specifications of PT SMART and Food Safety System.
7. Ensure the finished product and semi finish product are released in accordance with the food safety system and regulation.
8. Ensure customer feed back is handled and evaluated correctly.
9. Ensure the stability test and bench marking product.
10. Ensure the formulas and materials used in accordance with food safety and food regulation.
11. Ensure up-dating of methods and analytical equipment according to technological developments.
12. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
13. Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
14. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
15. Applying quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, etc).
16. Responsible for employee development in QM.
17. Responsible for the use of laboratory operational budget.
18. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and hygiene at QM location.
