As a Technical Support Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of the Gong customer experience & create #ravingfans by providing an exceptional & consultative support experience for our customers. Support Associates are proactive, innovative, and empowered to solve the customer challenges of today, while thinking strategically to delight our customers long term. We operate on a hybrid working model, which we define as 3 days a week in our Lehi, UT office.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goals.
- →Learn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs).
- →Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
- →This is a small team! Everyone has an opportunity to represent the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales and Product teams to influence priorities, resources, roadmaps and deliverables.
- →Contribute to creating resources—like documentation, training materials, or process guides—that help both customers and teammates succeed.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way.
- Recently completed a technical degree and interested in growing your career in technical support.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
- Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools is a plus.
- Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages is a bonus, but not required—just bring your eagerness to learn!

~1 min readCompensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
