As we continue to scale, we're investing heavily in AI-driven operations and data intelligence to enable smarter decision-making across the business.

We're looking for an AI Intern – Enablement & Business Intelligence to join our team and help transform business workflows through AI-powered reporting, analytics, and automation. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across marketing, brand, business, and tech teams while building solutions that create real operational impact.

What You'll Do

AI-Enabled Business Reporting

Support the automation and enhancement of weekly and monthly business performance reporting using AI tools
Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements
Generate accurate, insight-led business reports using structured data with minimal manual intervention

Business & Brand Performance Dashboards

Assist in building and maintaining dashboards tracking key business metrics including sales, revenue, market share, and category performance
Integrate AI-assisted insights and anomaly detection into reporting systems
Collaborate with the tech team to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and scalability

Review Tracking & Sentiment Analysis

Build AI-powered workflows to monitor and analyse customer reviews across e-commerce, social media, and owned channels
Track sentiment trends, recurring customer concerns, and product feedback patterns
Consolidate and present actionable insights to product and marketing teams

Influencer Tracker Management

Support the management of influencer performance tracking systems
Monitor campaign metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
Use AI tools to identify trends and recommend optimisation opportunities
Maintain structured records of influencer partnerships and campaign deliverables

Internal Tech Coordination

Work closely with business and technology teams to implement AI solutions across existing workflows
Document processes, tool configurations, and best practices
Research emerging AI tools and proactively identify opportunities for adoption

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field
Available for the full internship duration
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; exposure to Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and business reporting
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Curious, proactive, and excited about AI, consumer technology, and the D2C ecosystem
